It is the minimum monthly fee, not an additional charge. Your monthly fee is 10% of the incremental revenue recovered by ReCapture, with a minimum of $100 per month.

For annual GMV of $12,000,000 USD or more, the monthly minimum, CPS rate and other terms are agreed individually in your quote.
ReCapture reconnects existing subscribers with their browsing and cart activity, so more recovery flows can trigger. Capture identifies anonymous visitors who are not yet on your subscriber list. Enriched data can be synced to supported marketing platforms.
The ESP-deduplicated incremental revenue shown in ReCapture, not your store’s total GMV. Attribution settings and reconciliation schedules are agreed together.
An anonymous shopper is someone whose identity and email address are unknown to your store. Use Capture to identify them and send their data to your ESP (like Klaviyo) or to Meta and Google audiences.
For some shoppers, Klaviyo already has the email address but cannot connect their current on-site behaviour to that profile, so they never receive a recovery email. Those are existing subscribers, not anonymous visitors — it happens when they browse as a guest, use incognito, clear cookies, or hit an expired token. Use ReCapture to reconnect their behaviour to the Klaviyo profile.
