Recover the revenue Klaviyo leaves behind

Recapture is a base fee plus a success fee. The base fee is 25% of the low end of your estimated recovery — that is the number published above, and it is the minimum you pay in a month. Above that low end, every additional dollar we recover is billed at 25%, and no month ever exceeds $2,500. So your cost tracks what we actually recover: you keep at least 75% of it, and once recovery passes $10,000 in a month the cap means you keep more. Capture is priced separately, by the number of shopper emails identified per month. The figures on this page are an estimate based on your GMV. Final terms are set in your contract.

Recapture identifies existing Klaviyo subscribers whose behavior signals — like add to cart or product views — Klaviyo cannot associate with their profile, so the flows never fire. Capture goes further, identifying the anonymous visitors who have never interacted with your Klaviyo list at all. Both feed enriched data back to Klaviyo to trigger more abandonment flows.

Recovered revenue is attributed revenue from orders driven by Attribuly-managed flows. Attribution model: matches the default attribution model of your ESP. For Klaviyo, this is the last-touch attribution model. Scope: only Attribuly-managed flows (or flows dedicated to newly identified abandoners). Dedup: each order is counted once.

An anonymous shopper is someone whose identity and email address are unknown to your store. Use Capture to identify them and send their data to your ESP (like Klaviyo) or to Meta and Google audiences. For some shoppers, Klaviyo already has the email address but cannot connect their current on-site behaviour to that profile, so they never receive a recovery email. Those are existing subscribers, not anonymous visitors — it happens when they browse as a guest, use incognito, clear cookies, or hit an expired token.
