New Waves is a digital marketing agency specializing in helping brands and products achieve global reach through crowdfunding and Shopify services. With digital marketing experts from China, Europe, and the US, New Waves is dedicated to maximizing the value of brands in the international market. New Waves has successfully helped 50+ brands launch their products on Kickstarter and drive continued revenue on Shopify.

 

Challenges

Understanding the customers' conversion funnel is crucial for digital marketing, especially in such a multi-media times. Typically, customers come through multiple channels, such as Meta ads, Google ads, Google search, YouTube video ads, TikTok ads, EDM, social media, and more. However, Shopify doesn't provide such a dashboard for the funnel. Therefore, we have reached out to Attribuly to help us analyze user behavior and further optimize our marketing strategies.
