Attribuly vs Digioh: pricing, Klaviyo recovery, and revenue measurement
Both platforms identify shoppers and activate behavioral data in Klaviyo. Attribuly focuses on dedicated recovery workflows, a documented attribution methodology, and pricing aligned with the estimated revenue-recovery opportunity. Digioh is an onsite experience and quiz platform whose Passport layer recovers shopper identity, priced on monthly traffic.

Comparison scope
This page compares Attribuly Capture and ReCapture with Digioh Passport and Digioh Onsite Events. The plan prices below are the published Digioh tiers; Digioh Onsite Events — the feature that sends recovery events into Klaviyo — is documented as a paid add-on on top of those tiers, so a quoted total may be higher than the figures shown.
The 30-second version
Our assessment, based on publicly available product documentation.
Choose Attribuly when you prioritize
- You want the Klaviyo recovery events included rather than gated behind a separate paid add-on
- Your bill should not scale with traffic that never showed purchase intent
- You need the attribution scope, window and deduplication rule written down before you trust the revenue number
Choose Digioh when you prioritize
- Quizzes, pop-ups and zero-party data capture are the main job, and identity recovery is secondary
- You want a 30-day trial before committing — longer than most tools in this set offer
- You want your rate locked against traffic growth for the full term
Where they overlap
- Recovering shopper identity after the ESP cookie is cleared
- Sending product, collection, cart and checkout events into Klaviyo
- Triggering Klaviyo recovery flows from those events
- Reporting revenue attributed to the flows those events trigger

Three differences that matter most
Focused Shopify + Klaviyo recovery
Attribuly is focused on recovering missed shopper intent and activating dedicated recovery events in Klaviyo. Digioh covers a broader multichannel identity and activation workflow.
Published revenue methodology
Attribuly publishes its attribution scope, 7-day click-only last-click window, and a deduplication rule that counts each order once.
Pricing based on recovery opportunity
Attribuly pricing is based on the estimated revenue-recovery opportunity, while Digioh is priced on monthly traffic, with onsite events sold as a paid add-on.
Commercial terms
TTM GMV is an input to the estimate, not the billed quantity
Both tiers are sized by monthly traffic and exclude the Onsite Events add-on

Estimate your recoveryThe recovery chain
We compare identity tools on the full path from a missed shopper to measurable revenue. Most tools in this category cover part of it — the differences are in how far each one goes and how the result is measured.
Documented primarily as recognizing visitors already known to Klaviyo; net-new identity is named on the pricing page but not detailed in the help docs reviewed

Switching from Digioh
Both platforms send the same four commerce events into Klaviyo, so the flow architecture is comparable and the events map cleanly. Two commercial variables are worth modeling: Digioh prices on monthly traffic with the recovery events sold as a paid add-on, while Attribuly prices against the estimated recovery opportunity with the events included. Migration effort depends on the store’s existing setup, and on how much of the Digioh investment is onsite experience work that Attribuly does not replace.
- 1Separate the onsite experience work from the identity and events work — Attribuly replaces only the second
- 2Inventory the Digioh: prefixed events and the Klaviyo flows triggered by them
- 3Rebuild recovery flows against Attribuly events and add duplicate-send controls
- 4Compare 30–90 days of identified shoppers, attributable flow revenue and total cost including the add-on
Attribuly vs Digioh FAQ
Is Digioh a direct alternative to Attribuly?
Partly. Digioh Passport recovers shopper identity and Digioh Onsite Events sends the same four commerce events into Klaviyo that Attribuly does. But Digioh’s center of gravity is onsite experiences — quizzes, pop-ups and zero-party data capture — with identity as a layer underneath. Attribuly is focused on the recovery workflow and the measurement of what it produces.
What does Digioh cost?
Digioh publishes two tiers: $700 per month for Quiz + Pop-ups Only and $1,200 per month for the Full Platform, both sized by monthly traffic. Digioh Onsite Events — the feature that sends recovery events into Klaviyo — is documented in their help docs as a paid add-on on top of those plans, so the plan price is not the whole cost if Klaviyo recovery is what you are buying it for.
Are the Klaviyo events included in Digioh’s plans?
No. Digioh’s help documentation states plainly that "Digioh Onsite Events are a paid, add-on feature" and that "a Digioh admin must first unlock this feature on your account". Passport identity is included in both published tiers; the events that trigger Klaviyo recovery flows are not. This is worth confirming in writing before comparing quotes.
Does Digioh require changes to existing Klaviyo flows?
You will need flows triggered by the Digioh event names rather than the native Klaviyo metrics, so yes — new or cloned flows are required. Digioh’s public documentation does not describe an exclusion or suppression rule to stop a shopper receiving both the native and the Digioh message; Attribuly documents a parallel server-side flow with a delay and conditional split.
