Adjust assumptions
Native tracking identifies 9% of returning subscribers on-site, and 70% of those never enter a flow. Attribuly identifies 50% more of them and reaches all of them. Capture identifies 50% of eligible US anonymous visitors, against roughly 2% captured natively. Planning scenario, not a measurement; actual results vary.
Choose Attribuly for measurable recovery—not total-profile pricing.
Capture net-new shoppers, reconnect existing Klaviyo profiles, and see how recovered orders are counted.
- 01
Avoid total-profile pricing
ReCapture prices against expected recovered revenue. Capture uses fixed identified-shopper tiers.
- 02
See what counts as recovered revenue
Published attribution and order-deduplication rules make the revenue number auditable.
- 03
Capture and reconnect
Identify net-new shoppers and reconnect existing Klaviyo profiles.

Stop paying for profiles you cannot email.
Attribuly does not price against total Klaviyo profiles: ReCapture aligns to expected recovered revenue, while Capture uses identified-shopper tiers. Customers.ai counts every profile in your Klaviyo account, suppressed and unsubscribed included.
A pricing calculator rather than published tiers; contract duration and billing period are inputs. No entry price was found in the pricing page reviewed.

Turn sessions Klaviyo can’t resolve into revenue you can measure.
Recover the session, fire it into Klaviyo as an event, trigger the flow — and report the resulting orders against a published attribution window and deduplication rule.
We compare identity tools on the full path from a missed shopper to measurable revenue. Most tools in this category cover part of it — the differences are in how far each one goes and how the result is measured.

Both platforms live in the same place in your Klaviyo account: cloned flows with timing controls, triggered by recovered activity. You are rebuilding flows you already own.
- Inventory the Customers.ai-prefixed flows and Signal events currently in Klaviyo
- Rebuild recovery flows against Attribuly events
- Restore any delays or filters that were added to native flows to accommodate Signal
- Compare 30–90 days of identified shoppers, attributable flow revenue and total cost

Attribuly vs Customers.ai FAQ
Is Customers.ai a direct alternative to Attribuly?
They overlap on identifying anonymous visitors and triggering Klaviyo flows from recovered activity. Customers.ai frames the problem as Klaviyo’s native tracking window expiring on returning visitors, and prices against your total Klaviyo profile count. Attribuly is focused on Shopify and Klaviyo recovery workflows with documented revenue measurement, and prices against the estimated recovery opportunity.
What does Customers.ai cost?
Customers.ai publishes an entry price from $99 per month and a pricing calculator rather than fixed tiers. The billing basis is your total Klaviyo profile count, which their pricing page defines as every profile in the account including suppressed and unsubscribed ones. Contract duration and billing period are inputs to that calculator, so the quoted figure depends on both.
Why does the profile-count billing basis matter?
Most stores carry a large suppressed and unsubscribed segment that accumulates over years and can never be emailed again. When the billing basis is total profiles rather than active ones, that segment is part of what you pay for. It is worth checking your own suppressed count in Klaviyo before comparing quotes — the number is often larger than teams expect.
Does Customers.ai require changes to existing Klaviyo flows?
Yes, and to more than the clone. The setup documentation describes duplicating flows with a Customers.ai prefix, adjusting delays on the duplicate, and also editing your existing browse abandonment flow so contacts are not in both at once. Attribuly documents a comparable parallel server-side flow with a delay and conditional split.
